Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Shear Kutz account and eligible app data at any time.

Email Request Option

If you cannot access the app or prefer email support, send a deletion request to:

support@shearkutzmiami.com

What To Include

• Your full name.
• The email address used for your Shear Kutz account.
• Your phone number, if used for booking or account support.
• A short note saying you want your Shear Kutz account deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your app account profile, where deletion is eligible.
• Eligible loyalty and referral data connected to your account.
• Eligible app account data no longer needed to provide services.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, payment, or business record purposes. This may include appointment, transaction, deposit, or booking history needed for legitimate business operations.

Processing Time

We will review and process eligible account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. In most cases, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 7 business days.
